Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Junior AV Technician for their Gaming studios in Belgrade Serbia.
Position: Junior AV Technician
Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and clean technical and studio equipment including cameras microphones and lenses.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of server rooms and storage areas.
- Support the setup and installation of equipment and facilities as required.
- Perform basic wiring and crimping tasks including connectors such as BNC RJ45 and XLR.
- Assist in preparing equipment for transport including packing labeling and shipping.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.
- Support general operational tasks to ensure smooth technical workflows.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong proficiency in English (at least B2) in both written and spoken communication.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Basic understanding of photography principles including aperture shutter speed ISO and exposure.
- Introductory knowledge of camera systems and components.
- Good color vision and adequate hearing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a creative approach to technical issues.
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
