Job Description

You will be a key member of an Elite Team that implements best practices and tests new products and materials to enhance customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls in French assisting customers with insurance-related services.
- Answer calls from consumers who have recently purchased an appliance and wish to register it.
- Collect and confirm all necessary details to complete the product registration.
- Explain the legal warranty terms introduce consumer insurance and offer additional coverage options.
- Apply effective sales techniques address objections professionally and guide customers through the insurance process.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards adapt to changes and work towards set targets.
- Provide valuable feedback on process improvements and best practices.
- Ensure accurate data entry for client registrations and insurance offerings.
- Follow compliance guidelines and company policies.
Your profile
- Fluent in French with a good command of English and Spanish (B1 level).
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional approach.
- Minimum 1 year of (tele)sales experience with strong negotiation skills.
- Dynamic detail-oriented diplomatic and an excellent communicator.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
