Job Description

Risk Administrator
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Compensation: USD $1200 $1600/month
Industry: Construction / Mechanical Contracting
Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday (U.S. hours preferred)


About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Risk Administrator to join our growing Safety and Compliance team. In this role youll play a vital part in ensuring operational compliance with safety protocols insurance requirements and contractual obligations across multiple projects. This is a key support role that requires a proactive mindset and strong administrative capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage insurance certificates subcontractor compliance and risk documentation
  • Assist with incident reporting investigations and resolution follow-ups
  • Support claims processing and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Coordinate internal and third-party safety documentation and audit processes
  • Aid in prequalification procedures and upkeep of risk management systems


What We re Looking For:

  • 2 years of experience in risk management insurance or construction administration
  • Excellent attention to detail organization and follow-through
  • Familiarity with construction industry compliance is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or risk-related software is a bonus
  • Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
