To support our continued growth we are looking for a Senior Project Manager Digital (all genders) who will support our agile teams and enterprise clients in making digital transformation a success.
Tasks
- Take full ownership of complex digital projects (web e-commerce platforms apps) from kickoff to go-live.
- Act as a reliable sparring partner for our clients and guide them through digital transformation processes.
- Coordinate our internal product tech and design teams with clarity and empathy.
- Manage project scopes budgets roadmaps and timing with a structured entrepreneurial mindset.
- Take on stakeholder management and contribute to account growth.
- Support sales teams with pitches and project estimations.
- Shape new internal processes and standards.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in digital project management (agency consultancy or simliar).
- Excellent communication and moderation skills in German and English.
- Profound understanding of agile methods and digital product development processes.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to break down complex requirements.
- Passion for user-centric and technology-driven solutions.
- A proactive structured and hands-on approach.
- Bonus: Familiarity with digital tools like Jira Confluence Miro Notion Figma etc.
