A Day In The Office Looks Like This The Project Manager is skilled and experienced in the management of multiple architectural projects from the design development phase through completion with construction administration. The incumbent will lead each project and coordinate with other staff members contractors and consultants with guidance from the Studio Director and Studio Head. Additionally the ideal candidate will possess a diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices to help advance a variety of different projects in the firm.
- Manages and coordinates all aspects of various-sized projects from the schematic design phase through construction administration
- Independently applies advanced architectural concepts and designs
- Provides management mentorship and oversight of a project team including technical guidance to less experienced team members
- Responsible for project management and financial performance
- Actively manages client budgets schedules and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments
- Responsible for identifying services outside of scope
- Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule budgets and scope of work to completion to the clients satisfaction
- Creates agendas leads meetings and maintains meeting notes
