Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing staffing firm. This role is ideal for a high-energy individual with a hunter mindset proven success in sales and the ability to build strong client relationships in both IT and Non-IT verticals.

The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in client-facing situations enjoys building new relationships from the ground up and understands the urgency and pace of high-volume staffing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify pursue and secure new client relationships across IT and Non-IT industries.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients (travel required) to understand their staffing challenges and position our solutions.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound calls networking referrals and industry events.
  • Target and penetrate accounts with high-volume hiring needs including MSP and VMS-led clients.
  • Present tailored staffing solutions and capability overviews to decision-makers including HR procurement and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities prospects and account status using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events job fairs and conferences to generate leads and promote brand visibility.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7 years of business development experience in the staffing/recruiting industry (IT and/or Non-IT).
  • Demonstrated ability to win new accounts and close staffing contracts with mid-size to large enterprises.
  • Experience working with high-volume staffing clients (including retail healthcare manufacturing or IT services).
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally for in-person client meetings and relationship building.
  • Strong sales mindset: self-motivated target-driven and highly organized.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
