Were currently hiring for a TEMP - Claims Resolution Specialist (Customer Service) to join our team at Aroha Technologies Inc. If you have experience in claims resolution and enjoy supporting providers this could be a great fit for you!
Position Details:
- Job Title: TEMP Claims Resolution Specialist (Customer Service)
- Department: Claims Administration
- Pay Range: $25.87 $32.81/hour
- Work Arrangement: On-site (Full Office)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
80% Claims Support
- Respond to provider questions related to claims payments and denials
- Research and resolve claim issues
15% Administrative Support
- Maintain high standards of customer service and accountability
- Support team goals and priorities
5% Other Duties
- Assist with other projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent 2 years of claims resolution experience
- 1 year of call center or high-volume customer service experience
- 1 year of HMO Medi-Cal/Medicaid or healthcare/managed care experience
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also qualify
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Sound judgment and ability to work independently
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with project management and cross-functional collaboration
