Job Description
Location: On-site Bridesburg Area Philadelphia
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team full-time at our Bridesburg Philadelphia location. In this role you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers ensuring satisfaction through excellent service clear communication and efficient support. Youll help drive a positive customer experience by managing inquiries scheduling and dispatching with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide exceptional customer service through phone email and in-person communication

Manage and resolve customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism

Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to job sites

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments

Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction

Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Proven experience in Customer Service Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction roles

Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written

Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve challenging situations

Previous experience in the plumbing or HVAC industry is a plus

Experience with Service Titan software is a MUST

High school diploma or equivalent required
