One of the big tech giants is hiring a Senior Conversational AI Designer for a 5-month contract focused on GenAI and LLM-based user experiences. This is a high-impact role requiring full ownership from mapping to optimization.
7 years of experience in enterprise-grade conversational design
Strong hands-on background in GenAI and LLM project delivery
Expertise in NLU NLG and detailed UX documentation
End-to-end ownership from journey mapping to prompt tuning
Collaborates with cross-functional teams Product Engineering and UX
Excellent communication skills and delivery track record
