Job Description
*Quick Start*
Urgent need for Director of Nursing position for one of our client which is a Health Care
- Job Location: Sistersville WV 26175
- Shift: Day (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
- Duration of Contract: 8 weeks Extendable
- Guaranteed hours: 40 hrs/week
Pay rate: $70/hr
Note: $1500 COMPLETION BONUS IF FULL 8 WEEKS IS COMPLETED WITH NO MORE THAN 2 CALL OUTS AND NO NCNS
Job Description:
- Lead the nursing staff in delivering excellent care to patients and offering quality support to the medical staff
- Ensure that each nurse on staff is properly certified and abides by the standards for care established by our organization and state and federal laws
- Create new policies and update existing policies to help improve the level of care for each patient
- Implement quality improvement programs designed to help us deliver the highest possible levels of service
Position Requirements:
- BLS Required
- Covid Vaccine Required
- WV State Licensed Required
- 2 years nursing supervisory experience
