- May be involved in goal setting career development and succession planning.

- Access SuccessFactors for self-service HR functions like viewing payslips requesting time off and updating personal information.
- May participate in performance reviews goal management and learning activities.
HR Manager: Oversees HR processes and data within SuccessFactors.Project Manager: Leads implementation projects and ensures they are completed on time and within budget.Business Analyst: Analyzes business needs and translates them into system requirements.
