Job description
Must Have Skills
8-10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in
oFrontend Development Proficiency in AngularReact or similar frameworks and Python for building dynamic responsive user interfaces
oBackend Development Strong experience with Java Spring Boot Python and FastAPI for developing scalable highperformance services
Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and working with microservices architectures
Strong understanding of RDBMS eg Oracle MSSQL PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases eg MongoDB ELK
Experience with messaging platforms like Solace MQ or similar technologies
Handson experience with DevOps practices including CICD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools eg Ansible scripts HELM charts
Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools eg Docker Kubernetes OpenShift
Strong debugging and problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently on complex tasks
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and handson experience using tools like JIRA and Confluence
Eagerness to share knowledge and mentor junior developers to promote best practices
Experience building and supporting transactional and financial systems
Nice to Have Skills
Frontend experience with Python frameworks eg Flask or Django for lightweight web development
Domain expertise in SWIFT Payments and ISO20022 standards
Experience with Payment processing applications such as Payment Hubs Wire Engine Wire Room etc
Knowledge of cloud platforms eg AWS Azure GCP and distributed systems
Experience integrating security protocols such as JWT and OAuth in application development
Exposure to eventdriven architectures and distributed systems
