Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Data Warehouse/BI Developer to design and maintain robust ETL pipelines for data integration and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure data quality and support the migration of data to Workday HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ETL processes for data extraction transformation and loading.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation techniques.
- Optimize ETL workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Document data mapping transformation rules and ETL processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during migration.
Key Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with ETL tools (e.g. Informatica Talend SSIS).
- Proficient in SQL for database querying and manipulation.
- Understanding of Workday HCM data structures.
- Experience with data integration from various sources.
- Knowledge of SSRS and SSAS for reporting and analytics.
