Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Backend Developer / Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java Spring Boot Kafka and MongoDB. You will be responsible for designing and developing robust backend systems and microservices integrating event-driven architectures and optionally contributing to front-end components in a full-stack environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design develop and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot

Implement message-driven solutions using Apache Kafka

Build and optimize NoSQL data models and queries using MongoDB
-
Work closely with front-end developers DevOps engineers and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
-
Ensure application performance scalability and reliability through proper architecture and coding practices
-
Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews
-
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development testing and production environments

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Strong programming experience in Core Java and Spring Boot

Hands-on experience with Kafka (Producer Consumer Topic management etc.)

Proficiency in MongoDB including aggregation pipelines and indexing

Experience with REST APIs microservices architecture and JSON/XML

Solid understanding of software design patterns data structures and algorithms

Familiarity with version control tools like Git
-
Experience with Docker Kubernetes or any container orchestration

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines Jenkins or GitHub Actions

Knowledge of React Angular or other modern front-end frameworks (for FSD roles)

Cloud experience with AWS Azure or GCP

Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like JUnit Mockito

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
