Job Description
Tech Skills
- Knowledge and hands on experience with MS Windows Server and Linux
- Ability to do Server Management Security Patching Maintenance Plans SQL Backup.
- Knowledge and hands on experience with MS IIS Server MS SQL Server
- Ability to script to automate tasks / process.
- Experience of working with AWS Services: EC2 EKS RDS Route53 EC2 Load Balancing S3.
- Ability to design and build CICD Pipelines Gitlab and Jenkins
- Ability to build .NET and Java projects
- Experience with supporting critical application to maintain high uptime.
- Understanding of Logging and Monitoring (ex: Datadog)
Interpersonal skills
- Flexibility with working hours including occasional evening and weekend.
- Availability for short handover to team / manager in different timezone.
- On Call for Production Support
- Planning and Execution
- Personality to influence different team across organisations to get work done.
- Great at troubleshooting Production Issues and ability to work under pressure to resolve production issues.
- Be Proactive vs Reactive.
