Shifts needed to be filled: Aug 3-4

Shift Schedule: 530p-6a

- Approx. 3-9 night shifts per month.

Patient Volume: 15

Support Staff:

- 3 RNs 2 APPs 1 MA & 1 Office Staff

24-hr Support Services Available:

- Anesthesia General Surg Lab OR Response Time Orthopedic Surg Radiology.

L&D Dept Available: Yes

Newborn Deliveries Received in the ED: No

Beds in the Dept: 14

EMR: Epic

Required to Supervise APPs: Yes

Temporary Privileges available: Yes

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WI License or IMLC

BC/BE
