This is a remote position.
AO Globe Life is expanding its outreach team and hiring Appointment Setters
to help connect families with trusted life insurance solutions.
This fully remote performance-based contractor role is ideal for individuals who
are confident on the phone self-directed and eager to earn based on results.

Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication and phone presence
- Ability to manage a calendar and follow up consistently
- Basic tech comfort with Zoom Google Calendar and CRM tools
- Driven by performance and able to work independently
What You ll Do:
- As an Appointment Setter your mission is to:
- Manually call warm leads (veterans union members and working families) using your own device or provided systems
- Schedule Zoom appointments with licensed life insurance agents
- Follow up at appointment time ensuring clients attend and are prepared
- Assist clients in joining Zoom meetings supporting a smooth transition to the licensed agent
