Schedule:
Input and list properties on multiple MLS systems (two different MLSs)
Follow up with past leads that have been initially filtered by the team
Conduct pre-qualification calls with potential clients
Schedule appointments and coordinate client meetings
Filter and qualify leads before passing them back to the sales team
Manage lead database and update client information in CRM system
Communicate appointment details and client readiness status to team members
Requirements:
Strong communication skills with clear professional phone presence
Experience working with US market clients preferred
Ability to access and navigate CRM systems
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads
Real estate experience is a bonus but not required
Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
Ability to work during US business hours
Scope:
Handle lead qualification and follow-up for both residential resale and builder account divisions
Manage property listings across two different MLS platforms
Work with existing filtered leads that require additional qualifications
Coordinate with existing transaction coordinator (no addendum writing required)
Support a growing real estate team with multiple business lines
