Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house service team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth dining operations exceptional guest experiences and coordination between the service and kitchen staff. The Restaurant Captain plays a crucial role in maintaining service quality training staff and upholding brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations.
- Greet guests take orders and ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Assign duties to servers and stewards ensuring tables are properly managed.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure food is served as per quality and presentation standards.
- Train and mentor junior service staff on customer service upselling techniques and menu knowledge.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order delivery.
- Maintain inventory of service items like cutlery napkins etc.
- Upsell food and beverages to maximize revenue.
