Office Coordinator
Strategic position within a dynamic law firm located in Montreal. You will support multiple internal teams (accounting human resources mail services) with a variety of administrative tasks. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) offering a competitive salary ($60 75K) and a stimulating bilingual environment.

Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of the office.
Work closely with various internal teams: accounting human resources mail management etc.
Coordinate internal communications and office supplies.
Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees.
Contribute to the logistics of certain internal projects or events
Manage supplies equipment and vendor relations.
Ensure the application of procedures related to legal files (opening closing archiving).
This is an administrative position: it is not a receptionist or legal assistant role.
What you will need to succeed:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Outlook Word and Excel.
Bilingual in English and French to assist clients in both languages.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
3 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role.
Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment (a strong asset).
Strong organizational skills ability to manage priorities and multitask.
High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
Team spirit proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-volume environment.
Willingness to learn grow and take on new responsibilities as needed.
