The Role

With over 50 branches nationwide including 7 in the ACT & Queanbeyan region join us as a Personal Banker. Create unforgettable experiences by engaging in meaningful conversations that help customers achieve financial wellbeing and uncover ways to meet their goals. Achieve individual performance targets across key areas like member satisfaction engagement sales and more.
In the first 6 months you will:
- Exhibit Resilience Drive and Passion: Show a relentless attitude towards achieving goals and overcoming challenges.
- Leverage Customer Service Experience: Utilise your background in customer service retail sales and/or banking to excel in your role.
- Commit to Success: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dedication to achieving excellence.

- Build Lasting Relationships: Foster lasting customer relationships and serve the local community with enthusiasm.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Excel in achieving individual performance targets by mastering scorecards across key areas such as member satisfaction engagement sales and more.

- Demonstrated experience in customer service retail sales and/or banking
- Commitment to success and a strong work ethic
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passion for building lasting customer relationships and serving the local community
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a retail or banking environment
- Banking or financial services experience (desirable but not essential)

Whether you are working face-to-face or over the phone you will be committed to ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience with their banking needs.

What does our recruitment process look like
The process can include a phone screen video interview virtual or face-to-face interview psychometric testing and all relevant background checking. Some positions may require undergoing 4 weeks of mandatory full training.
