OVERVIEWProvides case management foracaseloadofadultDiversion and Transition clientsthrough supervisionmonitoring complianceand holdingclientsaccountableusingevidence-basedpracticesaccordingto Intervention policies and procedures.Bilingual Case Managers will have a caseload of clients that are non-English speaking or speak English as a second language.

- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
- Carry out all duties/responsibilities in accordance with Company values policies and procedures applicable laws and contractual obligations.
- Maintain complete accurate and timely case file both paper and electronic for each client on caseload.
- Perform assessments/reassessments as required.
- Develop individualized supervision case plan for each client based upon established protocols
- Detail and explain verbally to the client the clients probation conditions and case plan to ensure the client understands his/her responsibilities court orders and expectations.
- Meet with client per policy to evaluate progress in accomplishing case plan and probation terms administer rewards and sanctions according to established policies and procedures
- Document all direct and collateral contacts with all clients
- Conduct orientation meetings with new clients and explain program rules and regulations.
- Assess and collect client fees.
- Enter client data into electronic database accurately timely and completely
- Report all program violations to the referral agency via the established Intervention policies.
- Complete all written reports concerning clients in an accurate legible and timely manner. Prior to sending any reports to the courts or referral agency approval must be given by a supervisor.
- Refers clients to community resources as appropriate
- Monitor drug and alcohol tests as required.
- Work with courts probation and criminal justice agencies regarding client staffing/compliance
- Travel to the jail to meet with clients.
- Drive personal car to court jail and/or other sites as required including in adverse weather.
- Testify in court regarding client compliance.
- Attend required trainings and meetings; apply skills and information.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Bilingual Case Managers will be expected to hold a caseload of clients that are non-English speaking or speak English as a second language.
- May be required to cover at other offices
- May audit other staffs files
- Good steward of Company human financial and capital resources.
- Participate effectively as a team member through communication cooperation information sharing and problem solving.
- Any other tasks or duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS) from accredited four-year college or universityin Criminal Justice Social or Behavioral Sciences or a related field required.
- One to two years related experience and/or trainingin criminal justice community corrections or general corrections field work with an offender population.
SKILLS- Demonstrated proficiency in general population case management
- Demonstrated experience in applying Motivational Interviewing skills and techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingwith a variety of constituents
- Ability to complete assessments and develop case plans
- Ability to enter data generate reports and createcommunications from variety ofsoftware programs and databases
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Knowledge of the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics and appropriate techniques and practices for the client population.
- Ability to interact effectively as a team member and independently with Companystaff stakeholdersandwithdiverse client base.
- Mustbe grantedaccesstostate criminaldatabases
- Bilingual Case Managers are required to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English including orally and in writing.
