Job Description
- Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sales phase to understand client requirements define product solutions and help craft compelling proposals
- Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into product solutions ensuring alignment with client goals
- Gather and document client feedback to help refine proposals and offer tailored solutions
- Assist in negotiating project scopes and timelines ensuring that product deliverables align with business expectations
- Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps prioritizing features based on client needs and business value
- Translate business requirements into user stories and product specifications for development teams
- Work with the technical team to assess the feasibility and resources required to deliver the proposed solutions
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure a smooth handoff after the pre-sales phase ensuring that all product details are properly transitioned for execution
- Participate in developing the overall delivery strategy to ensure that product solutions are scalable and can be successfully implemented by project teams
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Product Owner
- Solid grasp of software development life cycles (SDLC) Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and an understanding of request/response cycles authentication and integration patterns
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Ability to work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) understand data models and perform basic queries
- Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation user stories and acceptance criteria
- Awareness of security best practices data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR) and secure development principles
- Experience with discovery phases contributing to early-stage solution shaping and validation
- Strong understanding of the outsourcing model and how to adapt product solutions to client needs
- Experience with product lifecycle management including requirements gathering solution design and stakeholder management
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage clients and internal teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple product solutions simultaneously
- Advanced level of English
