Job Description

Procore Canada is looking for inspiring and accomplished Sales Development Representatives to join one of the highest-performing sales teams in the software industry. Our Sales Development team is an essential component of our sales model and has helped fuel our incredible growth over the past several years. As a Sales Development Representative youll develop an understanding of the Canadian construction industry and Procores platform to help improve one of the worlds largest industries.

This position will report to the Manager of Sales Development and can be based in our Toronto ON or Vancouver BC offices. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.

What youll do:

  • Create new business opportunities to fuel Procores growth
  • Partner with an Account Executive to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month
  • Engage construction professionals through phone email and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them
  • Have the autonomy to operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process training use of technology and any other aspects of our business
  • Work with sales management to develop targeted lists call strategies and messaging to create opportunities for new business
  • Conduct daily activities including pre-call research and planning making a high volume of calls per day following-up with previous contacts (nurturing leads) and maintaining Salesforce records

Bonus points for:

  • 1 years of experience in SaaS especially software sales
  • Construction industry experience especially with a general contractor or subcontractor
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required

Additional Information :

Base Pay Range $48160 - $63000 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $68800 - $90000. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates job-related skills experience education or training and location.
