Job Description
Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour.
(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am).
Shift: Days
Work Week: Tuesday - Saturday
- Vehicle electrical system repairs
- Transmission and Drivetrain Repairs
- Paccar Cummins and Detroit Engine Repairs
- Repair and Maintenance of Air Brake Systems
- Heavy duty suspension repair
- A/C repair with 609 certification
- Familiar with Davie4 Cummins Insite Detroit Diesel Diagnostic Programs
- Basic Computer skills
- Continuous update of new techniques and methods of repairs.
- Basic Repair of Hydraulic Systems
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
- Vehicle Telematics installation and repairs
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated mechanical experience repairing heavy duty trucks and trailers.
- Must have proportionate number of tools to perform repairs.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must have legible penmanship.
- Must be able to work occasional holidays weekends and overtime
- Must be able to submit and pass a criminal background check.
