Job Description
Pay rates between $19.00-23.50 with shift premiums of $0.50 for hours worked 4pm-midnight and $1.00 for hours worked midnight-8am.
Longevity premium of $0.25 after one year of service. Attendance Premium of $0.25.

Essential Job Functions
- Sanitation is responsible for cleaning the facility (inside and out) on a nightly basis. As such adherence to company safety and attendance policies is critical.
- Perform assigned tasks and follow instructions from Supervision and/or Lead personnel including Safe application of chemicals and high pressure hot (140 F) water to clean and sanitize processing equipment.
- Sanitize assigned plant area(s) on time and in accordance with Pre-Operations inspection by Quality Control and USDA standards in assigned area(s) so they are ready for release for Production.
- Keep the non-production areas clean and orderly including breakrooms bathrooms smoking areas parking lot and all other areas that is deemed necessary by Supervision.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervision and/or Lead personnel.
- Make suggestions on how we can improve our process.
Qualifications :
- Must report regularly and on time to work as well as work all required hours including overtime and weekends as scheduled.
- Work safely and set an example of good working safe habits.
- Ability to obtain pallet jack certificate.
- Ability to operate pallet jack in safe manner.
- Physically capable to lift and carry up to 80 pounds.
- Repetitive pushing pulling and lifting between 10 - 80 lbs.
- Ability to stand on concrete floor or metal stand for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
