Outcomes Connect Australia (OCA) expanded into Queensland from Victoria in 2024. We are excited to announce that we are continuing our expansion in 2025 and are now building a team in New South Wales. For the NSW team we are looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with Proficient suitability who lives in or close to the suburb of Parramatta.
We require an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner who has a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based functional behavioural outcomes.
Your role will entail...
- providing an exceptional standard of evidence-based person-centred and outcome-focused positive behaviour support to your caseload of OCA participants in community settings
- providing mentorship that optimises individual potential and supports the team to thrive as practitioners whilst working collaboratively with the leadership group to optimise the quality of supports
- identifying providing input and implementing ongoing quality improvement opportunities for service delivery by OCA
- ensuring OCA provides a workplace that is safe healthy and respectful along with actively contributing to growing the culture of being a fun people-focused and stimulating place to work

About you
- Current suitability (i.e. registration) with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Substantial experience in the provision of positive behaviour support as recognised by the The Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework
- Demonstration of alignment to the companys vision to deliver evidence-based person-centred and outcome-focused supports which enable participants and their significant others to live their best lives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement communication (written and verbal) influencing interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated commitment to being a team player
- Commitment to continuing professional development
- Flawless writing skills
- Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle

- Degree level qualifications of relevance to providing support to people with behaviours of concern are highly preferred
