The Job Mission
This role leads key projects bridging commissioning and long-term plant operations.
Youll deliver fit-out systems and technical readiness packages for HPC.
Your future team ensures the station is operationally ready from day one.
Lead delivery of Pre-Operations projects including building fit-outs and bespoke systems
Develop and manage project schedules and execution plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Commercial Technical and Legal
Oversee contract readiness and interface with procurement processes
Track project progress milestones budgets and stakeholder reporting
Maintain full compliance with safety quality and licensing parameters
Ensure risk change and issue management is embedded in delivery
Drive continuous improvement and adopt best practice across workstreams
Qualifications :
Essential Skills
Proven project delivery experience in regulated or complex engineering sectors
Track record managing multidisciplinary teams in technical environments
Knowledge of contract procurement and supplier interface management
Familiarity with HSE legislation and project risk frameworks
Strong understanding of project quality assurance documentation
Excellent communication reporting and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Ability to lead influence and manage internal and external stakeholders
Desired Skills
Degree in Engineering or related field (Chartered status preferred)
Formal project management qualification (APMP Prince2 etc.)
Experience in the nuclear or other highly regulated infrastructure sectors
Experience managing transition from commissioning to operations
Ability to manage commercial and technical negotiations
