- Interface between external (customer) and internal to understand customer expectations and requirements and maintain good customer relationship.
- Achieve the sales and profit target in BP for his/her resp. customers and projects.
- Follow sales process as sales planning and system price maintain; customer quotation document preparation; A/R and DNI tracking; sample tracking; good quality of sales documents maintenance.
- Negotiation with customer for commercial (PCR QS/Bonus payment term etc.) support localization engineering change request delivery and other customer related topics.
- Customer strategy and product strategy definition; Provide information on customer trends innovation market competitor benchmark to internal; fulfil BBMSP/SoM planning.
- New products promotion leading new business chance study; carry out market research and identify potential customers and products to be developed/promoted.
- Lead customer project acquisition has power and ability to coordinate internal and external resource.
Qualifications :
Bachelor in engineering or economics
At least 3 years experience in automotive industry
- Ability to influence good planning / coordination / communication and problem solving skills.
- Self driven personality team spirit is an essential requirement
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
- Frequent business travel;
- Good PC skills eg. PPT Excel Word.
-Good command of both written and spoken English is a must.
