Job Description

  1. Interface between external (customer) and internal to understand customer expectations and requirements and maintain good customer relationship.
  2. Achieve the sales and profit target in BP for his/her resp. customers and projects.
  3. Follow sales process as sales planning and system price maintain; customer quotation document preparation; A/R and DNI tracking; sample tracking; good quality of sales documents maintenance.
  4. Negotiation with customer for commercial (PCR QS/Bonus payment term etc.) support localization engineering change request delivery and other customer related topics.
  5. Customer strategy and product strategy definition; Provide information on customer trends innovation market competitor benchmark to internal; fulfil BBMSP/SoM planning.
  6. New products promotion leading new business chance study; carry out market research and identify potential customers and products to be developed/promoted.
  7. Lead customer project acquisition has power and ability to coordinate internal and external resource.

Qualifications :

Bachelor in engineering or economics

At least 3 years experience in automotive industry

- Ability to influence good planning / coordination / communication and problem solving skills.

- Self driven personality team spirit is an essential requirement

- Ability to work independently under pressure.

- Frequent business travel;                           

- Good PC skills eg. PPT Excel Word.

-Good command of both written and spoken English is a must.
