Salary Range: Starting at$5081per month with excellent benefits (see below)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including requisition approval job advertising candidate sourcing application review candidate screening interview strategy and offer process.
- Create edit and post job advertisements on job boards websites and community locations.
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing qualified candidates following HR guidelines.
- Assist with pre-screening and conducting phone video or in-person interviews.
- Participate in job fairs career events and outreach efforts to promote NWSDS as an employer of choice
- Facilitate pre-employment screenings such as background checks driving records and language tests.
- Collect review and file recruitment documentation including applications interview notes scoring sheets and testing documents.
- Track recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and report outcomes to management.
- Conduct new employee onboarding including I-9 verification and W-4 processing.
- Provide backup support in Benefits HR Processing Classification and Compensation Employee Relations and other HR areas.
- Compose correspondence and write procedures clearly.
- Perform research analyze data and reach logical conclusions.
- Travel to agency offices as needed to assist with HR processes.
