Job Description

Location: Queen Creek Arizona

Report To: Sr. Manager IT & Security

Job Summary:

As a Sr. IT Engineer you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining information technology (IT) Systems. You will have extensive knowledge of network maintenance to analyze current IT systems and assets recommend and implement solutions and upgrades and provide training. You will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of the team to align corporate or local projects to direction of global HQ.

Responsibilities:

  • Review the feasibility of IT investments and execute the investments.
  • Set up and regularly inspect IT infrastructure such as data centers servers and networks to minimize downtime and make improvements.
  • Design develop implement and manage the organizations IT recommendations for enhancements to the IT infrastructure including supporting hardware and software computer application systems and IT network
  • Research and evaluate new technology techniques threats and industry best practices to optimize efficiency and usability and minimize vulnerabilities.
  • Manage on-site IT devices such as network equipment PCs PDAs and printers.
  • Establish and manage processes for IT asset procurement and cost management.

Qualifications:

  • 7 Years of work experience with IT Infrastructure and IT Project Management
  • Bachelors degree required MBA or MS preferred or equivalent relevant experience
  • English / Korean Bilingual
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support and work with HQ and global sites

Skills:

  • IT Insight and Computer software Knowledge
  • Project Management and Computer programing (Optional Plus)
  • PM Programming skill and Cisco Certification preferred
  • Knowledge and exposure to Manufacturing
