Now Hiring: Flexologist (Stretch Specialist)
Location: StretchLab Queen Creek AZ
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay commission paid training

As a Flexologist youll be the heart of the studio experience. Youll work directly with clients using our proprietary stretching protocols and techniques that combine elements of PNF static and dynamic stretching.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Leading personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each clients needs and goals
Educating clients on the benefits of improved mobility posture and recovery
Providing expert insight into body mechanics injury prevention and wellness routines
Building lasting client relationships through trust support and exceptional care
Partnering with the sales team to convert first-time visitors into loyal long-term members
Participating in ongoing education team trainings and hands-on practice to grow your expertise
You are passionate about movement and dedicated to helping people feel their best. You bring both technical skill and empathy meeting clients where they are and guiding them toward meaningful progress.
You must hold one of the following qualifications:
A degree or certification in Kinesiology Exercise Science Human Movement Sports Medicine or a related field
A current certification from NASM ACE ISSA ACSM NSCA AFAA NESTA NCCPT NFPT or NCSF
A professional license as a Physical Therapist PTA Chiropractor Massage Therapist or Athletic Trainer
A credential in Yoga Pilates Barre or Dance with a strong foundation in anatomy
CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
One or more years of hands-on experience in a fitness wellness or therapeutic setting
Strong understanding of functional movement and biomechanics
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A collaborative team-first attitude and a positive professional demeanor
A willingness to grow learn and contribute to a high-energy environment
