Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretches using proven techniques that help clients feel their best and perform at their peak.

Be a Trusted Expert
Educate clients on mobility recovery posture and performance. Your knowledge of anatomy and movement makes you their go-to guide for a healthier lifestyle.

Build Meaningful Relationships
Create a welcoming empowering space where clients feel seen supported and motivated to return because of the positive changes you help them achieve.

Represent the StretchLab Brand
Act as a brand ambassador working with the front desk team to turn first-time visitors into loyal lifelong members.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
Youre not just a coachyoure a movement specialist who lives and breathes wellness. You bring the energy empathy and expertise to guide clients from where they are to where they want to be. You thrive in a fast-paced positive studio where your impact is felt daily.

You Must Have One of the Following:

• A degree or certification in Kinesiology Exercise Science Sports Medicine Human Movement or a related field.
• A current certification from NASM ACE NSCA ACSM ISSA AFAA NESTA NCCPT NFPT or NCSF.
• A professional license as a Physical Therapist PTA Massage Therapist Chiropractor or Athletic Trainer.
• A credential in Yoga Pilates Barre or Dance with a strong understanding of human anatomy.

Bonus Qualifications:

• CPR/AED Certified (or willing to obtain).
• 1 year of hands-on experience in fitness wellness or therapeutic environments.
• Strong grasp of anatomy and functional movement.
• Excellent communication skills and natural relationship-building abilities.
• A team-oriented mindset with a positive professional attitude.
• Driven enthusiastic and ready to hustle and inspire.

We pay a base rate of $15 for training and 3 months after training has been passed. After the 3 months we pay $ 11 an hour because they should be stretching members and making the $22 a hour for $16.50 for a 25 min stretch
