About the Opportunity
HireNow Staffing is proud to represent a rapidly growing real estate litigation practice based in St. Petersburg Florida seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join its litigation team. This is an on-site position with a full caseload ready from day one no book of business required.

Key Responsibilities
Case Management: Take full ownership of litigation files from intake to resolution including drafting motion practice depositions hearings and trial prep
Client Engagement: Provide strategic counsel to clients on real estate disputes involving contracts property ownership evictions boundary disputes or title issues
Court Representation: Appear in court for hearings mediations and trial proceedings advocating effectively on behalf of both individuals and business clients
Team Collaboration: Work closely with paralegals and fellow attorneys to ensure cases move efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Legal Research & Drafting: Draft pleadings memoranda discovery responses and legal briefs with precision and attention to real property nuances

What Were Looking For
Must-Haves:
Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida
Minimum of 3 years litigation experience
Ability to manage a full docket with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Nice-to-Haves:
Background in real property law or related civil litigation
Comfortable appearing in court independently
Positive solution-oriented attitude with client service focus
Available to start quickly or within a short notice window
