Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Incentive Compensation & Reporting: support sales contest design & data extraction create execution tracker for Botox team.
- Alignment Support: support alignment efforts during regular cyclical cycles in support of sales force restructures to ensure optimal alignment of resources to available workload.
- Ad-hoc Analytics: work with internal team members marketing & sales leaders to develop timely insights on trends impacting brands & teams. Transform ad-hoc analyses into cyclical reports based on marketing/sales team need.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience
Must have a Bachelors in Computer Science Software Engineering Data Analytics Business Analytics Business Information Systems Informatics or related field & 2 years of analytical &/or field force planning experience.
Must have 2 years of experience:
(i) applying data analytics including querying skills clustering/segmentation analysis & other statistical techniques;
(ii) performing SAS coding to extract & summarize data to aid in developing business insights;
(iii) transforming raw data into information for business use & insights specifically for sales/marketing management; &
(iv) executing data analysis projects that drive sales & marketing objectives working with cross functional teams.
Experience may be gained concurrently.
Hybrid (onsite 3 days a week/ 2 days WFH). Up to 10% domestic travel required.
Additional Information :
Salary Range: $106417.13 - $157500.00 per year.
