This is a 100% remote position. Ideally the successful candidate will be located in the Midwestern Central or Eastern part of the United States.

This person will be part of the McGriff Quality Assurance team responsible for writing updating and training the standard operating procedures of McGriffs personal lines property and casualty insurance division.

Job Description:

  • Writing Updating and Training Standard Operating Procedures
  • Upholding quality standards by ensuring that process and product output meet regulatory and internal control requirements tracking quality metrics recommending improvements and guiding the business on quality control issues.
  • Analyze feedback propose suggested actions create reporting and presentations relating to ad-hoc reporting.
  • Drives operational support of management teams and processes for continuous improvement of efficiency and quality within the team.
  • Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA) Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives.
  • Manages and prioritizes own workload to meet individual SLA KPI and Quality targets.
  • Disseminates information to and coordinate projects leveraging best practices to achieve operational excellence.
  • Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Previous experience writing Standard Operating Procedures and Training Material.
  • 3 5 Years previous experience within the P&C Insurance industry with an emphasis in Commercial Lines.
  • Sagitta/Imageright Experience a Plus.
  • Must have advanced Word and Microsoft Excel skills good grammar spelling proofreading skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have strong organizational communication and training skills.
  • Must be able to work independently following a brief period of specific technical training.
