We are looking for a dynamic Retention Marketing Specialist to join our Retention Marketing team in Brugherio (MB) for a permanent full- time role.
In this role you will help build a healthy customer base by defining and implementing all customer communication strategies both for engaging our customers and targeted retention projects throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

Your Impact
Reporting to the Retention Marketing Supervisor you will:
Develop plan and implement CRM Initiatives for multi-channel campaigns (email SMS DM) in Home Kitchen Fashion and Beauty sectors including promotional vouchers.
Enhance customer segmentation with tailored and personalized content collaborating with creative teams to develop briefs for copywriters designers and photographers
Deploy innovative strategies with A/B testing to deliver the best content
Design and implement automated workflows using flowchart methods for trigger-based email strategies.
Manage initiatives for lead generation and consent collection ensuring GDPR compliance.
Develop new campaign opportunities in the assigned channels guided by insights of completed campaigns.
Conduct in-depth analyses on key metrics (i.e. OR CTR AOV web sales incremental sales ROI and voucher redemption).
Collaborate with QVC vendors developing tailored contact plans e sharing ex post analysis.
What You Bring
Proven experience with Retention Marketing Tools (e.g. Campaign Management Tools Marketing Automation platform Machine Learning Splio...)
Degree in Economics Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in customer multi-channel marketing.
Experience related to customer base lifecycle including retention prevention etc.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Strong ability to interpret data and perform analyses to lead strategic decisions (Tableau Adobe).
Sense of creativity and curiosity for exploring and understanding new ideas for CRM proposals.
