In this team you will be managing support for installation set-up and usage of Air conditioning Systems and vehicle security technology.
Your main responsibilities
Technical support by phone (B2C and B2B) related to installation
set-up usage and possible needed spare parts
Handling- / answering questions via email (B2B and B2C) related to installation
set-up usage and possible needed spare parts
Handling complaints- / reports (B2B and B2C) both within and outside warranty period
Support outside- and inside sales representatives
Preparation of technical documentation
