ABOUT THE UPPER GRAND DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD (UGDSB)
The UGDSB employs a team of approximately 4000 dedicated staff who serve more than 35000 students attending a variety of programs across 65 elementary and 11 secondary schools as well as continuing education and adult learning centres in the counties of Dufferin Wellington and the City of Guelph. The UGDSB covers the ancestral and treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit the Six Nations of the Grand River and Saugeen Ojibway Nation.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The UGDSB is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team for a temporary full-time opportunity in the capacity of Psychologist/Psychological Consultant . This is a 10-month position (yearly from Sept. June following the school year calendar) to start September 2 2025 with an anticipated end date of June 26 2026 with the possibility to end earlier or extend past the anticipated end date.
The Psychologist/Psychological Consultant will be reporting to the Manager of Psychological Services and Behaviour Analysts.
Location: North Wellington Area Schools

Hours/FTE: 1.0 FTE (35 hours per week)
Salary Range:Standard Grid - Psychologists or Psychological Associates:
Base salary: $78219 - $98447 (based on a 1.0 FTE full-time annual salary wage rate effective September 1 2025) plus applicable vacation pay in accordance with the Employment Standards Act
*Labour market adjustment of 14% to be applied to base salary; salary range inclusive of market adjustment is $89170 - $112230 per annum (based on a 1.0 FTE full-time annual salary wage rate effective September 1 2025) plus applicable vacation pay in accordance with the Employment Standards Act
*labour market adjustment may fluctuate based on local market
Qualified Ph.D. Grid - Psychologists or Psychological Associates with a Doctoral Degree:
Base salary: $81985 - $102303 (based on a 1.0 FTE full-time annual salary wage rate effective September 1 2025) plus applicable vacation pay in accordance with the Employment Standards Act
*Labour market adjustment of 21% to be applied to base salary; salary range inclusive of market adjustment is $99202 - $123787 per annum (based on a 1.0 FTE full-time annual salary wage rate effective September 1 2025) plus applicable vacation pay in accordance with the Employment Standards Act
*labour market adjustment may fluctuate based on local market
