No mining experience No problem! We understand that stepping into a new industry can feel daunting but weve got you covered. With our full support and training all we need from you is your leadership experience strong communication skills and a drive to succeed. We are looking for candidates that are local to the Blackwater area that are ready to take their career to the next level.
What does your day look like
- Partnering with clients to fulfill their workforce needs
- Managing employees including scheduling leave and shift coverage
- Maintaining a strong on-site presence
- Coordinating inductions and site orientations for new team members
- Conducting health and safety activities to ensure compliance and well-being
