Job Description
Works at the direction of the Licensed Social Services Coordinators and the multidisciplinary team to insure the needs of the residents are met.
Qualifications
Requires HS Diploma or GED. Minimum of six months and preferably two years related work experience in a nursing home/geriatric setting preferred. Currently enrolled student in BS program pursuing a degree in a health related field such as nursing social work health sciences/professions or related field.A Bachelors degree in Social Services or a related field preferred.
