Full-Time MondayFriday Occasional Weekends
- Oversee all installations schedule coordinate and ensure jobs are completed on time on budget and to the highest standards.
- Act as the primary contact for customers guiding them through timelines expectations and project updates with clarity and care.
- Meet with installers daily confirming job readiness clarifying expectations and addressing any potential obstacles.
- Order and track materials managing inventory and deliveries to ensure each project is fully prepared.
- Maintain accurate job records using Salesforce and internal systemsupdating status notes and next steps in real time.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality address concerns and build customer confidence.
- Support local marketing efforts including staffing vendor expos home shows and community events that build brand awareness.
- Assist with warehouse organization job staging and tool/equipment management.
- Experienced in the flooring construction or home improvement industry (REQUIRED)
- Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple projects without missing a beat
- Personable professional and passionate about delivering an incredible customer experience
- A natural problem-solvercalm under pressure and confident in decision-making
- Comfortable with technologyfamiliar with tools like Salesforce Excel and project dashboards
- Able to work independently while staying aligned with your team
- Available for occasional weekend events
- Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
