Bring your skills to JFS to ensure that more than 15000 people each year receive the food they need offered with dignity and Coordinator supervises and supports pantry volunteers and plans coordinates and directs key functions of the volunteer program. This includes volunteer recruitment recognition/retention activities agency orientation compliance and training staff to work with volunteers.
The volunteer coordinator provides guest support and inspects sorts and stocks food as needed. The coordinator also maintains volunteer schedules records and other administrative systems.
Salary range:
$55000-$75000. Competitive benefit package
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in social work nonprofit administration or related experience required
Experience in staff and/or volunteer recruitment training and supervision
Knowledge of best practice standards
