Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership familiarizing yourself with the service department & procedures
- Performs oil changes tire rotations multi-point inspections and tire repairs.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturers specifications
Qualifications:
- 1 year of service center experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to identify the problem quickly
- Effective analytical and communication skills
- Good reading computer and mathematics skills
- Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Computer Skills
- Positive friendly attitude
