As Senior HRBP Science & Innovation you will work directly with leaders managers and employees in a supporting the Global Regulatory Affairs & Global Research & Development functional areas in support of the Director HRBP Life Sciences. You will take ownership for your own business areas and have responsibility to managing all aspects of HR for your defined group. This role will act as a trusted advisor to the agreed business units providing advice guidance and positive challenge to create the right culture for CooperSurgicals continued growth.

4 years HRBP experience 6 years total HR experience
Proven experience in delivering a robust HR service to a life science business preferred
Experience supporting R&D Regulatory Quality and Lab preferred
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field; or an equivalent of education and experience.
Work location
Trumbull CT or Livingston NJ (The selected candidate MUST be on-site 5 days per week)

The actual base payincludes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
