Position Overview
Cultivate Initiatives is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Database Manager to oversee the organizations critical databases including ServicePoint HMIS Apricot 360 and others. The Database Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining data integrity optimizing database performance generating accurate reports establishing data management procedures ensuring compliance with all government contract reporting requirements and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless data operations. Additionally this role will involve supporting the Director of IT in various IT-related tasks including account administration and IT project coordination.
