Job Description
San Marcos Academy a private Christian school in the heart of the Texas Hill Country is seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Baseball Coach for our high school program.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who desires to coach in a Christ-centered environment that fosters both professional and spiritual growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to mentorship discipline and developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

Position Details:
- Part-Time / Stipend Position
- Coaching responsibilities include: running daily practices 4-6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday with some Saturday practices or games
- Lead all aspects of the high school baseball program including hiring assistant(s) tryouts team development and game-day coaching
- Must be willing and able to drive (transport players) to away games
- Model and mentor student-athletes in Christian character and sportsmanship
- A committed Christian who is passionate about shaping young men through athletics
- Experience in baseball at the high school level (player and or coaching)
- A positive role model who values teamwork leadership and personal growth
- Able to communicate effectively with athletes families and school staff
- Some administration or coaching of athletic programs (preferred)
