Job Description: Sunrise Clinical Manger (EHR) Developer
Location: Bethesda MD 2017
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Health Record (EHR) Developer to join our team in Bethesda MD. The EHR Developer will be responsible for designing developing and implementing electronic health record systems to improve the efficiency and accuracy of healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and requirements for the custom EHR system and Allscript SCM
- Design develop and/or customize existing EHR software applications to meet the specific needs of healthcare providers
- Implement and test EHR systems to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Provide technical support and training to end users on how to use the EHR system effectively
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in EHR technology
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on healthcare technology
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft development environment technologies operating systems languages and database technologies is required
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C Python JavaScript is preferred
- Sunrise Clinical Manager experience is required
- Experience with EHR systems such as Epic Cerner or Allscripts is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
