Now Hiring: Temporary Recruiter Front-Line Roles
Location: On-site (Not Remote)
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $27/hour
Assignment Length: 3 Months
Were currently seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support high-volume hiring needs for our front-line positions including roles in Production Warehouse and Sanitation. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced recruiter to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment and make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
Source screen and schedule candidates for a variety of hourly front-line positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Conduct phone interviews in-person interviews and assist in the onboarding process
Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and recruiting metrics
Assist with job postings community outreach job fairs and other sourcing strategies
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support compliance with company hiring policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience required
Experience recruiting in manufacturing production or warehouse environments highly preferred
Strong interpersonal organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) Microsoft Office and job boards
