Job Description
Coverage needs start Aug 18-Oct 31 2025 with potential of ongoing dates.
8a-5p with an hour unpaid lunch (12p-1p) coverage needed starting Aug 18th week!
8 shifts total per month and availability must be spread throughout the month as cases are spread throughout the month.
Facility Location: 68 School Road #200 Frisco CO 80443
Setting: Clinic Outpatient
Days per month: 6
Required Procedures: Level 2 workers comp cert DOT physicals impairment ratings & m164
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: NP/PA MA
Reason for Coverage: Recruiting to replace a termed physician
Dealbreakers: No work comp experience and not currently a level 2 certified provider. Dot examiner strongly preferred.
